Shipments abroad are insured up to € 500 as standard.

Shipments within the Netherlands:
If you wish to have the package shipped insured, you can order this in your shopping cart.
You will find this order option in the left column at the bottom under "Insured shipping within the Netherlands".
You thus insure your shipment for delivery and transport damage.
We definitely recommend this...

What to do in case of damage:
In case of damage to your ordered items, we can only reimburse this if the package has been sent/ordered insured.

To claim the damage of shipping, we ask you to provide the following:

     photograph of the outer packaging with the label visible and legible,

     1 photo of the inner packaging and the protective material

     3 photos of the items, 1 photo of all items together and 2 detailed photos.

We request that you email these photos in small format to;
support@farmmodels.nl stating: Damage + order number.

Once we have received your photos, we will contact you about the further settlement of this damage.
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Back orders:
Items that are on backorder will be included as soon as they are available with a future order, or can be sent separately, in which case we will charge the shipping costs separately.

If you want your package to be sent as an envelope without a tracking code, at your own risk, then choose the order option "transfer in advance" and indicate this in "comments" step 4. You will then receive a new order with the adjusted shipping amount.

Items that you want to return can be returned undamaged to our address stated under "contact".
Please include a short covering letter and a copy of your order in the box, so that we know it is a return and from whom.
